AI elf photo generator, watermarked on purpose
A lot of the search demand around an AI elf is for a picture, not a video. Parents already try general image tools to get a still of the doll "caught" doing something. Elf AI Video will offer that still with a watermark, from the same doll-only photo, as the cheap step before a paid clip. The photo tool is not open yet. You can read how it will work and leave an email. It works with your Elf on the Shelf® or any toy elf.
Watermarked stills are not being generated yet. Leave an email and we will write when a doll-only photo can be edited without spending a test budget.
Why the still is watermarked and the paid video is not
A free or cheap still is an ad unless it is marked. The overlay reads elfaivideo.com and is generated as a full-frame image so it cannot be cropped off a corner. The paid video, when it exists, is supposed to be clean, because a watermark in the corner is exactly what makes a child stop believing the camera. Those are different files on purpose.
The still should not invent a new doll. The edit prompt keeps the toy in your photo and only shifts the pose or the night-camera grade. We do not send a branded character sheet. No official character art is used anywhere in the process.
Upload one photo of the doll and the room only. The doll can be on a shelf, a counter, the porch, or a dresser. Leave people out of the frame, including children, faces in the background, and reflections in a mirror or a TV. A general face detector also fires on a doll's painted face, so instead of guessing, the upload form asks you to confirm the photo shows only the doll and the room, and a video request without that confirmation is refused. Photos with people in them are not accepted.
Keep the doll fully in frame, with a little floor or shelf around it so it has somewhere to step. A lamp or tree lights that are already on are enough. You do not need a dark room, a tripod, or a special camera. Phone photos are fine. JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB work. Crop out doorbell-app buttons before you upload a porch screenshot.
The clip is meant to end with the doll back in that same pose, so the next morning the real doll and the video still match. The scene prompts ask the model to finish in the opening pose. Using your photo as the closing frame as well is the stronger fix, and we will only promise it once real test clips show it works.
What you can do instead of waiting on the still
Use the coloring sheets if you want something printable tonight. Use the ideas tool if you are stuck on the pose. Use the letter tool if the morning needs a note more than it needs a picture. None of those spend money or send a photo to a model.
If you already made a still in another tool, do not upload a picture that includes a child just to "put the elf in it." Bring the doll into the room and photograph that. Reflections count. A face on a video call in the background counts.
This page's button opens the same waitlist as the video. One email, one launch note. We will not send a drip campaign from this form. The fine print on the form says so.
Quality bar before the button starts spending
Before the photo and video tools open, we run real doll photos through the models and look at every result. The failure list is extra heads, a different outfit, moved furniture, and text in the frame. If those show up often, the scene does not open. We will not paper over that with testimonials.
A still is much cheaper to make than a clip, which is why it can be the free or included preview before you decide on a video.
Until the tool opens, this page explains how it will work. There is nothing to pay for here.
